On-site plasma cutting for oversized frames

When a machine is too large for a single crane lift, we section it in place. Our crew runs plasma cutters along structural beams and weld seams, reducing a 40-ton frame into manageable segments that clear doorways and overhead obstructions without disturbing adjacent equipment.

Hydraulic jacking and skidding for tight bays

Factory floors rarely offer straight-line access. We use hydraulic jacks and skid systems to inch heavy components sideways, over cable trenches, and around support columns. This keeps the removal path controlled and protects the concrete slab from point-load damage.

Fluid and hazardous material drainage before cutting

Hydraulic oil, coolant, and fuel residues are drained and containerized before any torch touches metal. This step prevents contamination of your floor drains and keeps the scrap stream clean for the recycler, so you are not left with a hazardous waste problem after we leave.

Load-rated rigging and crane coordination

Each lift is planned around the actual weight and center of gravity of the wreck, not a guess. We bring load-rated slings, spreader bars, and certified crane operators who know how to swing a 30-ton gearbox over a live production aisle without stopping your other lines.

Scrap segregation and off-site transport

Dismantling sequence

From factory floor to cleared site in five controlled stages

Stage 01

Site survey and load mapping

We walk the factory floor with your maintenance lead, measure the wreck, check overhead clearance, and map every hydraulic line, electrical feed and anchor bolt before anything is cut.

Stage 02

Utility isolation and fluid drain

Certified technicians isolate power, drain residual oil and coolant into sealed drums, and tag out pneumatic systems. Nothing leaves the building until the machine is inert and safe to touch.

Stage 03

Sectional cutting and rigging

Plasma cutters split the frame into liftable sections while crane riggers balance each load. We cut in the order that keeps the structure stable, never dropping weight onto the floor slab.

Stage 04

Crane removal and truck loading

Each section is lifted clear, swung over the loading lane, and set onto flatbeds with timber dunnage. We work to your production schedule so the bay is only blocked for the hours agreed.

Stage 05

Scrap sorting and floor handover

Steel grades are separated on site, ferrous scrap is weighed for the recycling manifest, and the floor is swept of cutting debris. You get a clearance certificate and a clean bay ready for the next machine.
