Every wreck we take on follows the same sequence: a site check, a cut plan, the physical tear-down, and a clean floor before we leave. Here is what each stage means for your factory.
We walk the floor, measure the machine footprint, check ceiling height for crane swing, and note nearby utilities that need isolating. You get a written cut-and-lift plan before any torch is lit.
Hydraulic lines, compressed air, and electrical feeds are locked out and drained. Fluid is captured in drums for proper disposal, so nothing leaks onto the factory slab during the tear-down.
Using plasma cutters and oxy-fuel torches, we break the frame into manageable sections. Each piece is sized for the crane capacity on site and for the truck that will haul it away.
Riggers sling each section, the crane lifts it clear of the floor, and it is set directly onto the transport trailer. No dragging, no dropped loads, no damage to surrounding equipment.
Loaded sections go straight to a licensed metal recycler. We handle the paperwork for waste classification and transport, so the material leaves your site with a clear chain of custody.
We sweep the bay, remove cutting debris and spent consumables, and check the slab for scoring. You sign off on a clear floor, and we send a removal summary for your records.
