These conditions govern how Debarrassetonepave carries out heavy machinery dismantling and scrap metal removal on corporate factory floors across Australia. Read them carefully before engaging our crew.
We dismantle and remove heavy machinery wrecks, industrial equipment, and scrap metal from factory floors. Each engagement begins with a site assessment where our engineers confirm the equipment type, structural condition, and access constraints. Work is performed only after both parties agree on the written scope, which lists the machinery to be removed and the expected condition of the site after completion.
The client must provide accurate information about the machinery, including its age, prior modifications, and any known hazardous materials such as hydraulic fluids, coolants, or asbestos-containing components. The client also ensures the site is accessible during agreed working hours and that any permits required by local authorities for industrial dismantling are obtained before our crew arrives.
Debarrassetonepave supplies trained operators, certified rigging equipment, plasma cutters, and transport vehicles needed for the job. We follow Australian workplace safety standards and maintain our own insurance for property damage and worker injury. We do not begin cutting or lifting until the site supervisor confirms that utilities are disconnected and the work area is clear of non-essential personnel.
Our liability is limited to direct damage caused by our negligence during the dismantling process. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural weaknesses in the machinery, undisclosed hazardous materials, or damage resulting from incomplete information provided by the client. In no event shall our total liability exceed the contract value for the specific project in question.
Either party may terminate an engagement with seven days written notice if the other party fails to meet its obligations under this agreement. If the client terminates work after our crew has mobilised on site, the client covers the cost of transport and any work already completed. We may suspend work immediately if site conditions present an unanticipated safety risk that cannot be mitigated on the spot.
We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in Australian industrial regulations or our own operating procedures. The current version is always available on this page, and continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
